Handcrafted Pipes
Many a story will favour a Wizard, Dwarf, Elf or Hobbit to settle down at the end of a long day's journey, or battling, to enjoy a puff on their longstem pipe.
It is an unhealthy vice for us humans, but these functional pipes can also make a great ornamental piece. Below are some examples of pipes I have made. They feature some amazing and unusual woods. The metal stems are brass.
I invite your input into the design and decor of your pipe, so that the themes are special to you.
Often I have no plan going into sculpting a pipe - a lot of the fun is in finding what is hiding in a block of burl. I am usually surprised at how they unfold.
