Ranger Sword of the Dúnedain

The Dúnedain are decendants of a shattered city, ravaged by war and plague. Scattered afar they now roam as watchers, and peacekeepers of what is left of their lands. Rangers of the North, ruled by a Cheiftain who was rightfully a king. The sword of the Ranger was Rugged and Grim, as were the tall dark people who wielded it.

This sword was wielded by Aragorn, known as Strider to the common folk. It served him for nigh on 70 years before it was time to reforge the Shards of Narsil and reclaim the Throne of Gondor.
